Our Method
For schools, we provide professional special education consultation, training, professional development and intervention classes for struggling students. We use research based methods combined with Thomistic philosophy, and our aim is to help schools work efficiently with struggling students. There are two important components when with struggling students in a school. The first is to identify and provide basic accommodations that are within the school's abilities and that don't require as much individualized work with the students. The other component to supporting students is creating effective pull-out interventions that truly support the student in his/her growth toward independence.
We emphasize growth of processing pathways and imagery strength. If teachers understand how their students learn, they will be more equipped to teach them well by focusing on these core components. This will also give teachers and schools a different approach that they can bring to their classrooms to more fully provide for the students God has sent to them.
